One full night charged

Less than 6 days before the date of arrival:

Deposit not refundable

From 7 to 30 days before the date of arrival:

Renewal of the deposit for a new reservation in the same year or refund with a $50.00 fee.

31 days and + before the date of arrival:

Complete refund of the deposit.
