PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

Kanamouche has implemented this policy and practices governing the governance of personal information to comply with the new rules surrounding consent to the collection, disclosure or use of personal information.

 

We ensure that we comply with the new information and transparency obligations towards our employees, members, suppliers, and all our business partners.

  • Comply with the new framework for the communication of personal information without the consent of the person concerned for the purposes of study, research or statistical production and in the context of a commercial transaction.
  • Conduct a privacy impact assessment before disclosing personal information without consent for study, research, or statistical purposes.
  • If we ever have access to this type of technology, we will disclose to the Commission in advance the verification or confirmation of identity made by means of biometric characteristics or measures.
